There are two options for paying for your membership:
- Complete the Online Membership Form with your credit card information.
OR - Complete the Online Membership Form with the Pay with Cheque or Money Order option. When you submit the form you will receive an email Invoice. Print out the Invoice and mail it with your payment (cheque or money order) to the address below:
